Salmon Festival Kickoff Planning Meeting
Date and Time: March 25, 2014, 6pm
Location: Jefferson County Library
We have amazing people – young and not-so-young – with brilliant, inspired ideas.
Let’s get organized!
We’re holding a Salmon Festival kickoff planning meeting on Tuesday, March 25, at 6:00pm at the Jefferson County Library. We’ll try to have some snack food at the meeting, but feel free to bring your own dinner, or snacks to share. Please RSVP to Reed Aubin: email@example.com (379-8051) if you can come.
The goal of the meeting is to define the mission and organizational structure of the festival (how decisions are made, what is the role of NOSC, etc.) and begin to address some logistics, like location, size, fundraising, etc. We will begin to address the following aspects of the event:
- Steering Committee
- Arts & Education programs for all ages
- Stage and Performances
- Logistics (like permits and bathrooms)
- More Food (Coho, Chinook, Sockeye, etc…)
- Publicity and Marketing
If you can’t come to the meeting, please get in touch to let us know which part of the festival you’d like to help with.
It will be awesome. How could it not be? We’re all doing it together.
