The Marshall Conservation Easement protects nearly 700 feet of Chimacum Creek and is home to endangered Summer chum salmon, coho, otters, birds and all sorts of other wildlife. Some groups may want to carpool from the JLT office (9:40 am), or from the Chimacum Corner Store (9:50 am). If you have any questions, or would like to carpool (and are willing to stay till 2pm!) contact Carrie: firstname.lastname@example.org; or at (360) 379-9501 ext 105.

Morse Creek Planting Event, just east of Port Angeles off 101
Throw on your boots and head over to Morse Creek, Saturday March 30th. The North Olympic Salmon Coalition and community volunteers will be planting 1,700 trees on site and need lots of help! Check out a beautiful watershed and learn about all the restoration that has happened at Morse Creek since 2010.
Click here for Directions: Parking for Morse Creek March 30th 2013
We will be planting in the upper field on the east side of Morse Creek. The parking area is right off 101 on the south side of the road, east of Cotton wood lane. Please be EXTREMELY careful when parking – if you are coming from the east do not turn left into the parking area. Instead, turn left onto Cottonwood Lane, turn around there and take a right into the parking.
Please wear warm cloths, rain gear and durable shoes. Bring lunch and water. Tools and gloves will be provided.
RSVP to Jac at NOSC – (360) 379-8051 or email@example.com.
