Farming Along the Elwha River: Wild Edge Farm Tour

Join NOSC on a farm tour of Wild Edge Farm to learn about the intersect of farming regeneratively, stewarding our local river ecosystems, and building resilient local food systems. Wild Edge Farm supports the re-wilding of the Elwha River ecosystem that allows all to thrive – river, deer, beaver, trees, bees, salmon, carrots, farmers, … and Clallam County eaters. Learn how multi-species managed grazing, crop rotation, and maintaining wild spaces on the farm improve soil health and promote ecosystem diversity.
Bring water, fall layers, and shoes equipped for walking along uneven terrain. Stick around for an optional potluck picnic lunch after the tour!
