Join us as we plant a forest along the banks of the newly restored Snow Creek Uncas Preserve Reach near Discovery Bay!
After completing the first stage of floodplain and large woody debris work last summer, the next stage of this project is working to restore a healthy and diverse riparian forest on the shores of Snow Creek.
We have several events planned:

We have nearly 9,000 trees and shrubs to plant this winter to reforest the Snow Creek Uncas Restoration project area. A tour of the restoration project will be included after the planting.
Refreshments, gloves and tools will be provided.
